After my Before/After project completely tanked *grin* I was reluctant to post any more ideas - but this is one I had and didn't post. I'd LOVE to participate.

As long as it's a location where people go that's TTC accessible, I don't care where.

I vote we start March 4th and post the submissions April 4 (that way no one knows what anyone else was doing until the very end).

any suggestions for locations, anyone know of anything that's TTC accessible, not trespassing (!) and not already photographed to death?

Umm, let's see. I'll throw out:

Little India (Gerrard St, around Coxwell Ave, Greenwood Ave and Main St. TTC: Coxwell Station, then streetcar southbound on Main St.)

Gay Village (Area surrounding Church and Wellesley Sts. TTC: Wellesley Station, then walk east)

Eaton Centre

How about the Gardiner xpressway supports minus the Gardiner? what I mean is where the xpressway runs out but the supports carry on over to Leslie.
or
What about that 'works' building in the park (close to Leslie) that looks like a set of teeth? You know the one...the circular building in the field between Lakeshore and the McDonalds at Coxwell.

This is about the most I see of Toronto lately so pick something good.

It's funny how many of these places I've never heard of, despite spending the last two years wandering around the city. Maybe I should be less aimless in my meanderings, and this project will help with that!

I'm intriqued by the idea of the place where the expressway runs out, that sounds interesting, and I have visions of cars flying off the road...

Wherever it is needs to have a focal point, but also to have different approaches and angles to that focal point that we can explore. The end of the gardiner expressway sounds most interesting right now, but more suggestions are welcome. I think things like the Eaton Centre are a little too broad though, we need a focal point we can explore so it's something that's recognisable in the images, however they're taken.

Let me just add that the Gardiner doesn't just end, it gradually settles into the lakeshore. However, if you're looking for focal point, the supports are cool and varied as they are there to support a gradual sloping exit to the expressway, further down at Leslie.
Or we could just take pictures of the triceratops at Variety Villiage where Kingston Rd. & Danforth split heading westbound into the city.

Maybe we could select a people-place and a non-people place? The end of expressway sounds pretty much people-free.
